Distributorship Terms and Conditions

By submitting a Buy Order for USER PAY (UP) on any platform, including USERPAY Merchandise (UPM) and Geo Inheritance Limited websites, where UP token will be offered for sale, you willingly agree to the following:

(1) That you are an independent or freelance investor (re-seller/ user) in the USER PAY (UP) voucher; and not a Share Holder in the USER PAY project including USERPAY Merchandise (UPM), and Geo Inheritance Limited, the Owner of the project.

(2) That any money you pay to purchase a minimum amount of UP distributorship package is non-refundable until after the elapse of a 125-day Trial (Money Back Guaranty) Period.

(3) That you must submit a written request to Us (the Owner or Owner's Official Representative) for the refund of the monetary value of the only unsold/ residue UP in your officially recognized distributorship wallet address on or before the 100th day of the Trial Period to be entitled to the refund described in the (2) above.

(9) That your e-mail address and Trust Wallet address shall be used by Us as your IDENTITY; and thus, you shall use ONLY One Valid E-mail Address and One Valid Trust Wallet Address for ALL your online UP Orders from Us; and failure to comply shall result into cancellation of your Order(s) without any refund of your payment(s) to Us for such Order(s).

  3. PAY CASH & GET OUR RECEIPT - Our e-receipt will be issued to you upon the confirmation of your PC payment; usually within 24 hours.The 120 days countdown begins from the first working day after the receipt of your PC amount into our account as detailed on the Proforma Invoice (PI).  
  4. PAY TBC & CASH OUT 120% - On the first or second working day after the elapse of the 120 days, you will be required to swap 20% TBC of your PC value with cash/any acceptable e-money as detailed on our PI; and you will be reimbursed with the 100% PC + 20% TBC in cash or our officially accepted e-money. That's all! Very easy!
